The IBM 4800 Model 732 is a Narrow machine and is a replacement for model 102. The narrow footprint SurePOS 730 is suited to the customer who wants to distribute the POS I/O or is space constrained. It is optimized for the thin client operating environment like that provided by 4690 OS V2R4. Windows 2000 Professional Edition and Windows 98 2nd Edition can also be utilized if you add a hard drive and additional memory.
